Cleaning is part of caring for a property in its own right. We offer professional cleaning and specialist window cleaning, and can discuss the areas that need attention, the condition of the property and whether you need a one-off visit or ongoing support.

Some projects call for a particular design or technical solution. We can discuss interior design, modular construction, solar installations and energy improvements, bringing in specialist support where appropriate. You still deal with Sotogrande Projects for coordination and responsibility for the agreed work.

You want to know that the people working on your property care about doing the job properly. Our 12-person team is supported by two people in management, bringing practical work and coordination together. Across the team we speak English, Spanish, German, French and Romanian, helping us understand what you need and keep you informed as the work progresses.
Whether a job is carried out by our own team or involves a specialist working with us, your relationship is with Sotogrande Projects. Start with a message.
Send us a WhatsApp message with a short description of the work, the property area and your preferred timing. Photos are useful where you have them. We’ll gather the details and, for planned work, arrange a free initial site visit so we can understand the job and prepare a proposal.
For an urgent plumbing or electrical issue, tell us straight away that it is an emergency. Emergency callouts are charged separately, and we’ll confirm whether we can attend.
